This documentary depicts the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela as part of the World movement against capitalist globalization. The video shows the development of the Venezuelan people's movement since the "Caracazo" revolt in 1989, up to the massive actions that helped rescue Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, 48 hours after the military coup that tried to oust him. The plot of the documentary explains how the Bolivarian Revolution, thanks to the incredible power of its popular networks, has become a revolution that goes beyond Venezuelan borders and contributes as an alternative against neo-liberal capitalism.

4:30 PM -  LA DIGNIDAD DE LOS NADIES, Stories and Tales of Hope, [Director: Pino Solanas] (ARGENTINA, 2005)

Argentina's esteemed father of political filmmaking returns with his exploration of the 'nobodies' who have been displaced by Argentina's economic and social policies. This documentary draws its power from the people it meets in the poorest slums, crumbling hospitals and struggling farms. From this unvarnished, grassroots viewpoint, it reveals how people are fighting back, in daily battles or collective confrontations with transnational corporations, with dignity and strength in the face of a daunting socio-economic struggle.
