1. During the the mourning of Sunday May 31st, 2009, three actions of resistance took place against transnational targets that operated in Mapuche territory. Therefore, we claim responsibility for the actions in Upper Bio Bio, adjacent to the Central Hydroelectric company, Ralco, 8 km from the town of the same name. Three corresponding offices and administrative installations of the transnational corporation, ENDESA Spain, were burnt at the site mentioned.
 
2. We also take responsibility for an action against a summer cottage in the area of Coihueco of Lake Lleu-Lleu, belonging to a Santiago businessman.
 
3. Lastly, we take responsibility for an action taken on the grounds of Mininco Forestry Inc in Collipulli, within a Mapuche area in conflict. These actions were carried out by the Territorial Bodies of Resistance (Órganos de Resistencia Territoriales), corresponding to the areas of Pehuenche, Lafquenche and Nache of the CAM .
 
These actions are to confront the capitalist investment process, which insists on its attack against the Mapuche Communities, as well as to confront the political/judicial attack carried out indiscriminately by the Chilean State against our organization and other expressions of Mapuche struggle, in the process of territorial and political reclamation. Freedom for the Mapuche Political Prisoners!!
